Raw honey that has not been pasteurized will crystallize eventually, some sooner than others depending on the floral source of the nectar. If you experience crystallization, you can put the honey bottle in a warm pot of water to gently warm it. You should avoid warming it beyond 95-100 degree where degradation of natural enzymes and pollens can begin.
